This is what Fenn3r calls a gold league build, and the fascinating idea behind this is:
you don´t build how it would be perfect, you just build good enough and managable enough
for gold league and meanwhile learn mechanics and stuff - and later you can switch.

There is also a silver and a bronze build.
At the moment I personally am bronze, with my estimated skill around silver
and I will test it out from now, to see how far it gets me.
Fenn3r himself actually beat a platinum player with this.
