Subject: Looking for: Simple photo manipulation program Fri Dec 27, 2013 6:16 am
I just want to do very basic things, such as crop, resize, and rotate (if need be) That's about it. Don't need anything ultra-sophisticated. Oh, and if it's free, that'd be best, but am willing to pay a little for it.

Paint.Net is completely free and I think it does that. I did use that at one point. But you'll need to learn and download a few add ons for it. Paint.Net
